Solargy Systems Inc. is a systems Integrator of solar cell power technologies. We design and manufacture PV cells using technology to deliver affordable power for emerging markets. When our proprietary design is completed we expect the module will be producing 400 watts per panel, at an efficiency of about 20%. Solargy Systems Inc. have developed standard off the shelf technology to deliver low cost solutions for independent power producers in emerging markets where fossil fueled power is driving power cost Solargy Systems has executed agreements with equipment manufacturers to supply the equipment to manufacture the solar cells and our proprietary panels. Solargy Systems Inc., via affiliated companies and strategic relationships,offers waste to energy plants (WTE), biomass plants, wind turbines and other green energy solutions to meet the power requirements of emerging and mature economies in the 21st century. |
About Us
Carl M Nurse founded Solargy Systems Inc.in 1998. The company was then known as Automated management and was active in utility construction in the Caribbean. When the company moved to Florida it was renamed Siteworks and the company continued to do construction development, successfully completing a number of projects in Florida.
With the recession the management decided to enter the alternative energy business and developed the new strategies direction for the company now renamed Solargy, as a manufacturer of solar panels. The company located a turnkey manufacturer, identified a building and sought funding to build out its plant.
After a few years the company finally will close its funding in fiscal 2011. Carl has been responsible for developing its corporate strategy. Whilst working on funding the management has secured a PPA for 30 MW in Mardan, obtained a term sheet for a 20MW solar farm in Florida, and has been invited to participate in a number of waste to energy project in Western Africa and South East Asia
Total MW of plants under some stage of development is now nearly 250 MW.
Solargy Systems Inc.has assembled a management team experienced in various aspects of the energy business, including site evaluation and acquisition, energy analysis, transmission, permitting and zoning, turbine selection, construction, environmental, operations, sales, marketing and capital raising. Our management team includes alternative energy professionals who have been involved in the operation and ownership of utility scale wind energy operations globally. The management has a track record for identifying opportunities with good value and strong upside potential. Solargy Systems Inc.develops energy projects in Florida, South Asia, West Indies and Puerto Rico through various subsidiaries.
The Company employs full time consultants, has three full time employees and several part-time consultants to develop new projects and manage the Company.

Carl M Nurse Carl has over 30 years of experience managing construction companies in areas such as executive management, corporate administration and venture capital financing. He has been the Chief Executive Officer of Solargy Systems Inc.since 1998. Bsc. Civil Engineering, MSc Construction management, FIU. Twenty five (25 ) years Project Management and Construction experience includes work with Pullman Kellogg, Metcalf and Eddy, Walsh Construction in various Capacities including Project Management, Estimating and Scheduling Marke Clarke Bsc . Mechanical Engineering, MBA St. Johns University.Over twenty years Industrial engineering and Project Management Experience including General Manager of Barbados Petroleum Corp., Industrial Development Officer. |
